A Mercury Glass Pumpkin Setting

Mercury glass seems to be very popular these days, but sometimes it's difficult to find specific pieces.  I lucked out recently, and found some small, mercury glass pumpkins that I've been looking for.  I had a large pumpkin, which I used last year for a simple tablescape which you can see here.  These have been on my kitchen table for the entire fall, so I designed today's table around them. 
I found this runner at Home Goods a while ago, and I liked the white background with the autumn-colored leaves.
I decided not to use chargers.  These plates that I found at Marshalls this past summer had the exact same colors, white with the autumn hues.  The pumpkin placecard holders came from Home Goods.
Shot of dinner plate.  The pattern is Leah by 222 Fifth.  Silverplate is vintage.  I'm not sure of the pattern, and I don't have the salad forks that matched, so I used another pattern that I think is from around the same time period.  All of it is Wm. Rogers.
All of the mercury glass came from TJ Maxx!
The large pumpkin is elevated on a cake plate, and garlands of leaves are placed around it.  Artichoke votives and pumpkin votives are also placed in the leaves.

Napkins were purchased from Tuesday Morning last year.  Napkin rings are sprigs of little faux berries and pumpkins wired together.
I love the glitz of these candles!
Wine stems are Gorham and iced beverages are hmm, I can't remember... I'll look it up and get back to you.

    The mercury glass pumpkins are the bomb. This is the first time I have seen them. It is amazing how everything old is new again and mercury glass has made such a big come back. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful table. Happy Halloween too. Richard from My Old Historic House.

    Keep collecting that mercury glass. You display is SO beautifully! The dinnerware is perfect for this time of year! The lines on the plates remind me of falling leaves. There is so much lovely detail in your table! Such a joy to see!

    Beautiful table. Lovin all of that mercury glass. Funny, just a few years ago, we only thought to use it at Christmas. Now its throughout the seasons.

    OOh, great job! I love the mercury glass pumpkins! You made a great arrangement with them and the cute little pumpkin name card holders are adorable! Your plates have a nice gentle fall pattern and how lucky your napkins go so well with them! I love those sexy candles too! Beautiful job!

    Wow.....the mercury glass pumpkins are astoundingly beautiful. Your china pattern is just perfect for your tablescape, and I truly find it so appealing. It is simple but has such elegance to it. Needless to say, the pumpkin place card holders are just the cutest ever.

    I just love the runner and the dishes that also have a white background. It's just a very clean look! I passed on some mercury glass two days ago, and I think I made a mistake! Your table is very lovely!!!

    My friend, your autumn "mercury glass" table is GORGEOUS!!! I have a "thing" for any type of mercury glass anyway...so your fabulous mercury glass pumpkins are right up my "design alley"! Hehe!     This is so lovely, and I think the prettiest thing about it is the way the setting looks against the grain of the wood on that table. You made the perfect call not to use a charge or linen under it.

    The dishes! The dishes! The dishes!!!!!!!!!! I WANT those dishes!!! Those are really great! I like that the color is against a palate of white. It really helps stretch the decorating possibilities....as you beautifully demonstrated here! You did a fantastic job of bringing everything together. A+!!!

    Love mercury glass displayed with just about every color. I noticed Pottery Barn has pumpkins, too. I think we have the same candlesticks. Your rust colors and leaf motifs coordinated very well with the dinner plates.

    Those pumpkins will be in my list (death) LOL as I am not sure if I can get this in SWEDEN. Darn! I must come to the US b4 I get too old to fly over the Atlantic ocean.

    The candlestands are also in the list.

    Oh, BTW... you think, only those stay on my list? Actually every piece are.
