The designers at Bellenza recommend a soft color palette when going for the shabby chic look with pastel-painted wooden "distressed" furnishings, and feminine, frilly accents, such as these fringed napkins.
The soft colors of ivory, white and pink are accented with ruffled ribbon and flower petals.
Clear glass plates set atop pink organza circles add a very vintage touch. Add in elegant silver cutlery, jewel-trimmed favors, and pearl-ringed candle trays for added accents.
Lace-trimmed luminaries set on mirrored candle rings really give this table a romantic glow! For directions on how to make these beautiful luminaries, click here. So easy I think I might just give it a try!
Bellenza has great ideas for party favors, such as the mini purses above, which could be filled with potpourri, Jordan almonds, or hand soap.

DeleteOh, HECK yes!!!! LOVE this!!! I WANT that purse...and everything else in the room! :-) I love what they did with the napkins. I always thought those napkins with the fringed edges were just suitable for casual affairs, but the style in which they are folded and the fact that they are a pristine white makes them look quite fancy!
ReplyDeleteTried to reply, but it didn't work, anyway, here's the comment: You must add them to your collection, but wait, I bet they are already in your collection!! lol Yea it's cool, I might give this look a try soon!! Thanks for stopping by!!
